Welcome to our Fridays Hitting Fairway edition of the Life At The Turn Newsletter. Let’s catch up on a little bit of everything.
Also worth noting that it is Black Friday season, so the deals are coming fast a furious! We have few which we will highlight for you.
The Off-Season Golf Bug
The off-season is truly upon us and it kinda sucks. For many of you that can golf all year round, you may not understand the sadness of this part of the season.
Something I do is think about the golf seaosn that was, remember the trips taken, rounds with friends and more.
As much fun as that is, the one thing that really helps cure that itch is new gear. It isn’t great for the wallet, but it does help cure the itch till the new season comes along!
What about you?
Do you have a golf trip planned for 2027?
Early Black Friday Deal: SQAIRZ
We walked 127 holes with SQAIRZ shoes and really put them too the test throughout a full season, and there really are some legitimate benefits to them.
Add in their style and comfort have improved and combined with an amazing deal for a great pair of shoes for $99 and it is hard to pass up! Check it out, and of course if you do take the plunge let us know what you think of them!
New PING G450 Drivers!
They first appeared on the USGA Conforming list and a day later we got hands on images of them wiht the throwback colors of the G400 (which may still be one of the best drivers around).
What do you think of this? Do the turbulators bug you? Do you like PING drivers? Here are a few images below.

Improvements have come to every facet of PXG’s iron tech, AND they upped the ante even further with the introduction of a Dual Perimeter Weighting System. If you’ve never been compelled to demo a set of PXG irons, it’s time. These are irons you MUST try….
